This programme is ideally suited to an individual who is just starting out following a training programme. It has all the basic easy to follow information that a rider would need to follow for increased performance on the bike. This programme is supplied in a 12 week format.
Using Training Peaks the INTRA programme comes in an easy to read format that is laid out on a weekly basis and an explanation on how to carry out each training session. It also includes power/heart rate training zones and two on the road self tests for you to check out your improvements in fitness.
You would be required to fill out a medical questionnaire, goal sheet, and riding style questionnaire for accurate prescription of training.
Services Included Explanation of service Goal settings (Standard) Goals based upon training phase and race goal. Training Prescription (Basic) Based upon heart rate data. Power/Heart rate training zones Individually calculated based upon data available e.g. age, power production, minimum and maximal heart rate. Client to coach contact (Daily) Clients may contact Dan via phone or email. Physiological monitoring Two on the road self tests, one to estimate TT race pace and the second for climbing economy. Training Reviews Training data analyzed every 3 months based upon information supplied by the client and modification of the training plan if necessary Payment via Paypal £80 every 12 weeks.
