What is Your Returns Policy?
Progressive Cycle coaching's guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send the item(s) unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Please note: we can only refund you for unopened and unused items. Any missing or used items will remain chargable.
Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us, unless the items are defective and clearly not 'as described' or 'fit for purpose.' We do recommend that you return any faulty/unwanted items by guaranteed recorded post. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go astray in the mail.
What is Your Delivery Policy?
Delivery is FREE to practically all UK destinations. If you are making a small order (under 1Kg), your goods will be dispatched via the Post Office and will NOT incur any additional costs, irrespective of the UK destination it is being sent to (mainland or non-mainland). Ideally all products will be with you within 5 working days dependent upon product. Electronic products will be emailed you within 24 hours and bespoke training programes will be produced for you specifically within 7 to 10 working days of receiving all the relevent information from the client.
All larger orders, regardless of weight will be sent FREE OF CHARGE to all UK mainland destinations, except for certain parts of Scotland. This is because our couriers charge more to deliver to some remote areas of Scotland and we have to pass this expense onto you. If you are affected by this, we will contact you to inform you of the additional premium and you will have every right to cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the quote that we supply. The same applies to larger orders being sent to non-mainland UK destinations. Again, our couriers charge more to deliver to destinations like Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles etc. Please note that in these cases we only pass on the 'Cost Difference' and keep this to an absolute minimum.

What if I Change My MInd?
If you want to return a product because you've changed your mind, please let us know , so we can arrange your refund. You can contact us either on 07791209927 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please package the product securely and return the product to us. We ask that you look after the product whilst it's in your possession and that when you return the product to us, you also let us have all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
What if My Package Arrives Damaged or is Faulty?
If any of our products arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us on 07791209927 or by email at email@example.com and we will discuss with you a refund or replacement.
What is Your Cancellation Policy and How do I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel your training programme subscription contact us and we will cancel your subcription. Your plan will cease when the current paid period ends.
Other payments on this site are one off payments where no subcription is required. If you would like to cancel an order you may do so at any time before it has been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched and you would still like to return it please return the product in an unopened condition to receive a full refund.
Getting a Refund.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follows:
- If you paid by payment card, we will refund you on the payment card;
- If you paid by gift card/moneycard, we will refund you on your payment card or send you a cheque; and
Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
We will not store any credit card detail or financial information on our customers, all details will be destroyed after payments have been made. We would not do share customer details with any 3rd parties.
